Rolvenden Neighbourhood Watch Scheme Latest Update
Residents attended a police surgery organised by Rolvenden Neighbourhood Watch on 18 July and 1 August 2024. It is clear that there is much frustration and concern of ongoing crime in the village. Reported incidents have included anti-social behaviour, criminal damage and arson. Rolvenden Neighbourhood Watch feels the situation now needs escalating and has asked for Rolvenden Parish Council's Support.

Note: If you were previously receiving Rolvenden Neighbourhood Watch messages via the Rolvenden Update e-mail address (any time from 24 July 2020), please register on https://www.ourwatch.org.uk/ to become a member if you have not already done so. You will then be able to receive important crime prevention information and alerts.
We are in the process of setting up a new scheme on 'Our Watch'; once this is done, we hope you will be able to find an official NHW scheme. I have asked Rolvenden Parish Council to escalate the recent reports of incidents in the village to a higher level in Kent Police and they will be adding this action as an agenda item.
Rolvenden Neighbourhood Watch update article is available each month in the Rolvenden and Newenden Parish Magazine and online.
